General Announcements:

  1. Anyone wishing to attend church at the Layton Baptist Church should plan on about a 15 minute walk.  The church is located on the same road as the GC facility – continue past the GC facility and you can’t miss it.  The church is very welcoming of our group members.
  2. Any student wishing to attend Catholic mass should meet by the SPV by 10:30.
  3. When walking to and from the GC building, please do not walk in the middle of the road.
  4. There are still spots available for night fishing.  Payment should be given to Jeremy Kauffman.  The cost is $40.00.
  5. Adults and children going on the John Pennekamp trip should also pay Jeremy Kauffman.  The cost is $26.00 for adults and $22.50 for children 17 and under.

 

Keeping Pace with Your Work:

  1. Check the board outside of 110 for today’s list.
  2. Two – Three habitat profiles – GMF, Mangroves, Human-made, Rocky Coast
  3. Three seminar worksheets should be completed – Porifera, Cnidaria, Molluska,.
  4. 2-3 Ecological profiles completed (in addition to the one completed in Goshen)
  5. All algae classifications
  6. All water quality work (except BOD and WQI)
  7. IB students and 2nd-year students should have their final projects (IA labs) well underway.
